Lead Instructional Designer

5+ Years

Any Graduate. A Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Journalism or Mass Communication or English Literature or Instructional Design / Instructional Technology or Education is an added bonus or preference

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in instructional designing
  • Ability to implement instructional design theories and models
  • Ability to interact with clients and SMEs
  • Ability to lead a team of instructional designers on a project
  • To lead teams of instructional designers on multiple project and plan, co-ordinate, and monitor instructional design tasks on these projects.
  • To provide guidance, feedback, and training to all members of the Instructional Design team.
  • To conduct initial analysis for potential new client or projects and provide inputs for creating proposals – this will include interaction with the Sales team, members of other functions, and clients, and definition/creation of higher level instructional strategies/approaches with corresponding process definitions and effort estimates.
  • To review instructional design approaches, blueprints, and storyboards.
  • To carry out organizational (non-project) tasks such as writing for the company website/newsletter and project portfolio.
  • To work on all instructional design tasks for demos.
  • To support project / business managers in communication related to (new) clients or projects.
  • To establish functional and project-specific processes and procedures by creating, revising, and reviewing training material, guidelines, checklists, templates, etc, and training team members on the same.
  • Identify new trends, technologies, and tools in the Instructional Design and eLearning domains and explore how they can be implemented within the organization.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers and other Functional Leads and Managers to ensure that processes run smoothly across functions and projects.
  • Help analyze project data as well as internal and client feedback across projects, and define and implement actions to improve instructional design quality and associated processes.

Storyline Developer

  • Articulate Storyline 1, 2, 3 and Storyline 360
  • Have excellent visualization skills

  • Strong designing skills
  • Appealing Storyboarding with the help of storyline
  • Understand storyboard (SB) and visualize and execute the concept described in SB.

  • Need to Have excellent visualization skills
  • Needs to be proficient with English language

Illustrator

2-8 Years

  • Flash
  • Photoshop
  • Illustrator
  • Animate CC
  • Microsoft office
  • Adobe Suit
  • Minimum 2 years of animation/eLearning industry experience.
  • Excellent drawing and conceptualization skills with an ability to adapt to established styles.
  • Understanding of fundamental illustration skills including composition, perspective, and color theory.
  • Digital illustration skills with understanding of Photoshop using the Wacom tablet would be preferred.
  • Solid interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Establish style for production art and assets.
  • Maintain consistent style throughout the project.
  • Provide appropriate solution to technical and artistic problems.
  • Review and provide feedback.
  • Coordinate with coworkers, including designers and programmers
  • Follow the schedules set by the project managers.
